scott jackson

head of operations

A long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away Scott’s passion for design and creativity was fuelled back in the 80’s where he was inspired by Lego, Crayola and the Stay Puft Marshmallow man, fast-forward 30 odd years and the Lego obsession still exists to the dismay of his Wife but the crayons and paper have become Pantone swatch books and 27” iMacs.

Originally Scott’s work career started in Graphic Design and print when he was a young Padawan but his roots are now firmly planted in the World Wide Web and Jedi status quickly ensued.

Previously responsible for overseeing the Front-End department of the business, the creative link between the Design and the Development team –  a healthy balance of the ‘cool kids’ & ‘techie nerds’ capable of cross browser and multiple device code as simple, yet as complex as the Rubik’s Cube, Scott now heads up operations.

Grafting  on a daily basis to the soundtrack of the Beatles and Indie Guitar (sadly, the Kylie cassette and Walkman are no more) but the occasional Power Ballad and Air Grab definitely are!

With over 20 years’ experience in creating websites and problem solving, including 10 freelancing and running his own business and a stint at a local authority where he specialised in accessibility and usability, you can be confident your project will be safer than One-Eyed Willy’s treasure.

When not working Scott likes to throw ‘arrers for his local Darts team while enjoying a good Real Ale and ‘a lovely cheese pizza just to himself!’…

And in case you hadn’t noticed Scott’s not so guilty pleasure is 80’s nostalgia!
